I have a 2020 JLU Sport S and from what my research shows I have a DANA 30 on the front and a DANA 35 on the rear. My plan is to install 4.88's, ARB lockers, and RCV axel shafts, and in the future go from 35's to 37's. My question is will they hold up or do I just need to go find some DANA 44's?

Sorry but your research has lead you astray. You technically have an M186 front and an M210 rear axle which is essentially something close to a Dana 30 front and Dana 44 rear. This will be more than fine for 35's and depending on how you use your Jeep, you can probably make 37's work too. If you start playing really hard and with lockers, upgrading your front axle would be something you'd want to do.

Just look at your build on Jeep wave if you have it. I have a sport s as well but per my build sheet I have a 186 front (d30) and a 200 rear (d35)
 
Another quick way to verify is by looking a the casting of the housing. Here are the main differences I noticed.

The first Picture is a D35
The second picture is a D44
(yes we have a diff skid my wife’s trying to learn how to pick better lines :ROFLMAO:)

A few of my buddies have the prorock 44 front axle and they beat the snot out of them lol. Solid axles so far and they're running 38s.

The Prorock 44's are great, another good option is the Jeep Performance Parts Dana UD44. I have a new-in-box Dana/Jeep 4.88 UD44 I will be listing soon along with a few other goodies.
