Mine too... I have the Warn XP9.5 (classic style), the cables coming out of the solenoid box touch a little

I have the Zeon 10 as well with the Warn winch plate. Cables are in the same spot. I just tried to zip tie them the best possible underneath the grill to keep them from rubbing the paint on the grill. Not much that can be done. It's a tight fit.

Mine is Way more tight. To the point that I’ll have to remove the winch to take off the grille. I plan on painting them again soon and was thinking of giving EVO a call to get another spacer. That or fab something up.

This is more like how mine looks. I called evo about getting another spacer but I already have no thread protrusion on the bolts and I can’t find any bolts that are 1/2” longer in the same style. They’ll sell you more spacers though if you go that route.

If they're 1/2" bolts they have them all the way up to 4" in 1/4" increments. Not sure about the 1/2" but you get the idea...

I can’t remember. I’ll call them again tomorrow and get the bolt specs that they send with their d-ring kits. Needs to be half inch longer than whatever that is.

Thanks. I’ll try to find out what the existing bolt specs are and look there.

Well.. apparently it’s just how it’s gonna be. According to evo, adding another spacer will make the winch contact the frame.
