I would guess he used to run metal fenders.

Correct. I had poison spyder flares and then after that XRC armor and now EVO. I dont think I can switch again, too many holes in the body at this point:cheesy:

Those are from two different parts of the build. There is no fenders now. The first pic is like 4 years old.

Mel doesn't swap fenders on and off. I know he hasn't run them since at least 2013 when I went and didn't run them this year.
