So I have received all the boxes for the stage 4 overland enforcer kit. I was hyped to install it this weekend after watch the rancho lift install video. But then I read through the EVO instructions and got cold feet and I stalled the front bumper and winch instead. And needing a 24mm wrench.
The front follows pretty well with Eddie's video, other than the additional overland bracket steps.
For the rear the instructions show installing a sway bar drop bracket to the frame. The kit has no such part, nor is it listed in the parts list. I can't find one on the EVO website. How necessary is dropping the swaybar?
With only a 2.5" lift, would it be necessary to reroute the parking brake lines, or would they be fine as is. Do you even need disconnect the parking brakes for the 2.5" lift if you are not rerouting the lines?
I also didn't get the rear track bars. The stock should be fine? Does it need or can it be adjusted for proper alignment.
Since the stock rear sway bar links are relocated to the front, could you do the rear 1st? It seems simpler than the front other than hoping you get lucky blindly treading the flag nut on the passenger control arm.
Also, it seems as though it could be driven with just the rear installed, and do the front on another day.
Control arm jam nuts. It says to torque them to 250 or 300 lb.ft. after alignment. Really?
And the final setup instruction say to use a driver's side coil seat on the passenger side if a passenger side ARC is present? What does this mean? Is this the front or rear or both? I didn't see this in any of Eddie's videos.
Thanks in advance.
