I don’t think you’re measuring right, an 18” coilover would have a total length 36+” i don’t think you could fit that in a Jeep without some serious fab work. A coilovers/bypass shock length is measured by the shaft length when fully extended.

When you call up King, just tell them what you're needing - front and rear bypass shocks for an EVO DTD and they'll get you exactly what you need. My sales rep there is Dane Larsen and he always gets me the right parts.
