It's not "bent" like many others. It is rolled so the curves are all smooth. You can even see several of the bends in the PS pic you posted.
EVOs does not have that.
Whether one wants steel fenders is a whole other discussion.
Sorry i'm about to put my Nerd hate on..I think both fenders are formed using the same type of bender or similar. Actual "Rolling" steel is a different type of machine used to make a very large radius vs an actual tube bender used to make a tight radius. So with a true high quality tube bender you are actually "Rolling" the steel over the Die set. The smoothness of the radius and bend has nothing to do with the bender (unless you're using a cheap pipe bender then you'll get very noticeable shitty looking kinks in the bends). The smoothness of the radius has to due with the geometry of the design. so to get that smooth transition from radius to radius each radius should have the same center point. I'm sure both companies made their designs intentionally. I don't see anything wrong with the PS design, for being steel tubing i think it's a good design.
I didn't know PS was a china brand? Why do they say "All of our products are 3-D CAD Designed and proudly Made in the U.S.A." in their website? if for some crazy reason i wanted to drop over $1,200 for fenders i would be expecting a USA product for sure.
I was talking to PSC guys at the off-road show last Saturday. Their factory is here in Southern California. Tours are available for the non-believers. [emoji41]

Wouldn't be the first time I have seen a company use another's product. But that's why asked about it. Because it oies look like the crusher. I am curious as to how theirs mounts. One thing that's is nice to see is that like Psc they followed the lines of the jk unlike so many I have seen, and allowed fire a side marker light that is not in danger bring broken by a tree branch

Here's the best I could find, i like rthe look of it, slimmer than the pro series but a little more coverage than the fascia?Did anyone else also notice the different rear bumper on the display jeep? I think I saw a few pics of it on instagram and it didnt look as big as their pro series. I will try to hunt them down.

I like that a lot. Helps protect those corners. How does price compare between that and buying two d-ring mounts and the facia? Here's the best I could find, i like rthe look of it, slimmer than the pro series but a little more coverage than the fascia?

While I do like the looks of the evo flairs the pure jeep looks like pure shit. Unless your trying to make the jk look like a yj, or TJ then it's fine. Seen a couple different jk's with those flat tube style fenders and can't stand how they look. That type of fender looks fine on the cj, yj, and the rest of them which have shaper edge lines, but not on the jk with the more rounded edges on it. And yes that is my opinion, and no i don't care if anyone agrees with it.As I stated earlier in this thread, I'd buy EVOs and PureJeeps over the sellouts at PS.
If you look at the two in person, there are noticeable design differences that gives EVO better lines. Same can be said for PJ, which also has about 2-4 different options of flares.
I could give a rats ass about factory tours. The China ownership will take down the quality of materials to increase profits. It's what they do.

The more I look at the side plates and lower windshield bar on this, the more I like it. I'm just not quite sold yet on the square top windshield bar and stringers headed toward the rear. I really need to see this in person to make a final decision.
