I remember many years ago my mom, upon having hamachi sashimi for the first time in Japan, asked what kind of fish it was, to which the sever replied in a strong Japanese accent “hamachi”...my mom then said she didn’t want to know how much it cost, only the name...this went on for a couple rounds...
