Wow I never knew so much was grown in Nevada.
For the most part, there isn't. Not a whole lot is grown in the lower half being that it's just desert and hot. Most of the northern half, alfalfa is what's typically grown but the valley we live in is very fertile and more like central California. They grow a TON of produce here. Onions are the big crop but they also grow corn, potatoes and a whole host of leafy greens. The valley to the north east of us is famous for their melons.

He’s so small, I almost stepped on him thinking he was just a twig.

And yes, if you’re wondering, he’s just a gopher snake.
