yes, the neighbor feeds them, caught one male fucking 3 different cats in my driveway over the last 2 days... I spray them with water to break them up

Recipe for owl
Get a clean cedar plank
Season with olive oil or bacon grease, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and tumeric
Place owl on cedar plank
Place in smoker until internal temperature reaches 175 degrees F
Let rest for an hour. Remove owl from plank
Serve plank with roasted potatoes and corn on the cob
