I torqued the 9/16" bolts to 120ft/lbs just like instructions said. But it seems to have pulled the side in a bit. Seems a little curvy when looking straight at it. No big deal I guess. The d-rings were super easy to put in the frame, so I guess my frame has been slightly bigger from the factory. Anyway - job done.

Was going to do the front bumper tomorrow, but I just realised that I did not order a bracket to relocate my vacuum pump.
I know EVO has a relocation bracket, but that will not arrive for another 10-14 days, if I order it right now. After searching of whats available locally, I have found the TERAFLEX VACUUM PUMP RELOCATION BRACKET KIT for a reasonable price in a local offroad shop. I'll get that tomorrow...

Vacuum relocation complete. Now how do I know it's working?ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1447064075.281348.jpg
Will I get a dash light if it's not connected electrically? With the engine in idle I got 0 reading with my multimeter... When is this thing supposed to turn on?

The reason the 3.6L engine has to have a vacuum pump is the engine doesn't make enough manifold vacuum under some conditions, due to the variable valve train. The pump is added to ensure there is always enough vacuum to operate the various systems that require it, especially the brakes.

Thanks JK_Dave.
I was just wondering how to verify that it's still operational after I messed with it -lol-
Any ideas?

Slowly getting close to having the bumper on. Now it's time to move the elec swaybar motor. And some grinding and cutting. I'll keep the fog light wires for later. For now I'll just ziptie them neatly out of the way.

Warn Zeon 8S installed. Well almost. It just need to get a new 15mm ratchet tomorrow to tighten one of the 4 bolts properly. I thought I had one.. But amazing how well the winch fits in this bumper. Awesome product EVO!
And waiting for daylight to ziptie those fog light wires...

Nice. Looks good. Rope give you any trouble getting it on the drum?

You were absolutely right. It was a pain in the *$# to fit. Broke the provided ziptie on the first attempt. Ended up using a wire. Finally managed to fit it. Thanks for the advice :thumb:

Glad you got it. We broke a few zipties too.

I love the build man! I LOVE that hood! I'm curious what you plan on doing with the fenders! It just looks like the tires would rub a lot that's why I'm curious!

Thanks Tylersilverjku.
I'm going to cut the fenders myself. I'll look through a few cut-fender-threads today and start cutting tomorrow.
