DROPSTAR Black Jeep JL Wrangler - SEMA 2025

With Wranglers having fallen out of favor as much as they seem to have here at SEMA, I was kind of surprised to see Dropstar having 3 of them on display. The first of which was this basic black one featuring their wheels, of course but it also had what looked like a Rough Country long arm lift with big pointy bolt heads and a crazy hitch system made by GEN-Y and with a bunch of BOLT locks on it.

At least it has driveshafts!!!
Gen Y hitch system had surprisingly good reviews when I was looking to get a hitch but opted to go with something else.

That hitch looks like some sort of Rube Goldberg contraption.

Not terrible. The hitch is on the wrong vehicle though, lol. Also, funny, this is the second rig that’s still using the OEM front skid plate over the disconnect.
