After an afternoon of fishing in the Mineral area, my son and his wife, my daughter and I, stopped at the saloon for a drink. Unfortunately, the bar was in fact not open, but they served us in the restaurant.

Friday night I found this restaurant by mistake in Toyama Japan. I was originally looking for a different noodle house. This is

Apparently they have been in the Michelin guide. I did not know this until I walked in.

Thursday I stopped by the ICOM corporate headquarters in Osaka Japan. After visiting the showroom. I asked the two guys that showed me around the displays for a restaurant recommendation. They not only told me about a restaurant they walked down the street and showed it to me. I did not understand them talking to each other very clearly either the restaurant is in a 300-year-old building or it is a 300-year-old restaurant. 
I did not know what I was doing when the food showed up.
