Double wave, no wave back!

I was amazed in a way at how well Nubs did, and I don't judge at all. If it wasn't for the stock tires he would have never gotten stuck honestly. I can't wait to camp and hangout with you more next time. No reason anyone should complain about a thing after wheeling with you man. Don't mean any disrespect either.

I +1 that.:thumb:

Wrangler with a "Way a Life" decal didnt wave back.

I passed a nice red Wrangler yesterday, over by Off Road Evolution's shop, that had a nice mod setup. I saw the "Way A Life" sticker across the windshield, so I waved thinking this would be an easily returned wave. Nope, a blonde lady was driving it and didn't even look over as she passed me in the lane next to me, as I was making a left. I know my rig isn't moded as much, but if I wave first at least wave back. Especially if you have a "Way A Life" decal on your windshield.

Also, I work close to the Irvine Auto Center out here in CA, and I waved at a Black JK while I was sitting waiting to make a left hand turn onto the interstate; they were exiting. I noticed the passenger waved (male) but the driver (didn't) didn't at first, then I noticed the passenger tell the driver to wave. Then she kind of reluctently waved, so I waved back again. when they turned I noticed the dealer sticker still in the window and the passenger was wearing a shirt and tie. So I'm guessing it was a soccer mom test driving a new JKU and the sales guy told her to wave. Kind of a different situation, but they waved.

We have a lot of new Navy people here so we now have a lot more Jeeps that normal and most of them don't wave back, well that and the mall crawlers. LOL

But all of the long time owners here wave at each other so it makes up for those that are "not on the know" so to speak. I helped a friend get his first Jeep this past Sunday and as we test driving it he was being waved at and turned to me and said "man you Jeep guys are friendly, they are all waving at me!". I had to tell him about the wave but he still thinks its cool.

You know what sucks, helping your friend get a better Jeep than you have! :banghead::banghead: Just kidding, if I had the money it would have been mine but thats life huh? I just keep telling myself, 2 more years, 2 more years.

I have found the modded jeeps are the ones who wave the most. Had one kid yesterday wave hesitantly as I passed.

I agree! The strange awkward looks I get the most, are from the Jeep owners that are rock'n Stocker Jeeps... They almost give me an ashamed look as they try not to make eye contact:grayno:...
