Well tried to do some target practice this afternoon and got 17 rounds off guess what

Oh I can shoot in the rain that ain't no problem at all and I did for awhile til I was soak to the bone.

Now I'm cleaning guns cuz I get alittle OCD about getting rust on em. Long story behind the rust thing and since then its driven me to taking my guns apart each time I shot in the rain to make dang sure it don't happen again.

It was fun though got to shoot my Mosin Nagant 91/30 after about a year at 100 yard target felt good to do so.

I know it's been awhile posting on the build D-Day has been doing great just driving and working hard as I can will try to post more pics soon just been really busy doing this

Hear you on the $$. I've waited a long time to be able to do what I am now. Raising kids tends to do that to a budget, but its worth everything man.
Nice 1911 BTW. I gotta admit I have a soft spot for them. There may be "better" makes out there but you just cant beat that classic design.

Thanks it's a WW1 colt reproduction that I bought off my uncle
I tell ya waited awhile for it too bro I searched everywhere that I knew for a decently priced Series 70 and I found it new in box
On D-Day man I'm so ready to be putting some mods on but I'm trying to find better paying job for now and it'll come about
 
Well I've caught the crud but I did manage to snap a pic of D-Day today in a beautiful sunset.
Soon as I get better I'm gonna snap some more pics. D-Day has pretty much become a family member for sure it's almost like driving freedom on 4 wheels.
