A buddy of mine swapped out his Ultrashift, for a regular 13spd. Big, expensive, job, but too many major breakdowns. And always in Tucson, AZ., or Casper, WY., or some such distant place...Well knowing the dealer here it probably won't be until next week before they even pull it in to look at it
