In lieu of the Blackstone craze, I thought it would be nice to start a new thread for other cool cooking gadgets and utensils that everyone is using and or would recommend. This especially since so many of you really seem to know your way around the kitchen and grill :cool:

That said and to kick this new thread off, I just came across this outdoor pizza oven at Costco and was wondering if any of you had any experience with it and or know anything about it. Do you think it's a good buy? I'm pretty sure it's supposed to get up to 900°

Ninja Creami. Been using it for over a year now. Used to make homemade protein ice cream. Wife makes a vanilla base that’s only 285 cal and 33g of protein. Then I add about 32g (or 64g depending on the day) of peanut butter and mix it in. Comes out to only 465cal and 40g of protein

The unit only has a big draw on initial startup, but once the pellets are burning, it doesn't use much. Most people that use them while camping use a 500w model of whatever brand portable power station. Hopefully I can find a good deal on Black Friday and do an experiment to see how much run time I can get out of it.

Amazon has a pretty good deal on a Jackery for 40% off right now. Not sure how good they are compared to other models though.

I have a Bluetti that won't allow charging while in use, the Dometic PLB I have handles it no problem.

No experience with the pizza oven but a few friends have the Solo fire pits, those seem like they’re well made.
 
Ecoflow is looking like the winner! They have some decent prices on Amazon right now, but I'll probably wait until Black Friday and see what's going on.
