Thanks, 2nd time around make better decisions on what parts to upgrade with.

I bet, there's quite a few things I would do different if I started over.

How hard was the pinion nut to remove?

Looks good, I gotta keep my eye open for you. Not too many Commando Green rigs running around.

On my red jeep I didn't have any issues but this time it was either over torqued down or too much locktite. I could not break it loose with my impact or breaker bar. Moteaux came over with his C02 and impact, then it broke free.

I've only seen one other one in the Houston area so far. I'll be on the look out as well.

Interesting, I had the same problem on mine. I needed and extra long breaker bar and floor jack to apply upward pressure in order to break it free. Maybe just all the 13 CG rigs? :D

I had issues with my front pinion nut too, I was able to take it off with an electric impact, I had tried with a 24" breaker bar and put a jack on it underneath and that sucker wouldn't budge.

Finally got the winch 100% operational. New motor and motor mount.

Rear seat reclines. My kids will love that on long trips.
