Check your u-joints.

My front shaft was clicking when failed (on the axle side), also check u joints on the axle shafts as stated.

With all that grease coming out of the CV joint of the drive shaft, it is blown. That can easily be your clicking noise.

The culprit is sprayed all over your heat shield. You could rebuild the CV joint for $100 but it will happen again so a new 1350 shaft is your best option.

Does it break anything else? Mine is starting to spit also
Typically, just the shaft breaks at the joint. This is never a good thing and I would get it replaced ASAP.

Personally, I have used JE Reel and Coast with good results. I know a lot of guys on here like Adams. I don't think you could go wrong with any of these so long as they come with Neapco or Spicer u-joints and in a 1350. Of course, you might be able to find someone with a factory shaft for cheap if not free. In fact, are you needing a front or rear? I might even have one you can have.

A vote for Adams. So far I have not had any vibrations. The rear drive shaft was a bit long, in three days Adams had a new shaft at my door. Great customer service!
And 1350s are a must!

Okay, I'll give a look to see what I've got. That being said, it'll only be a bandaid being that you have 3.5" of lift. Your CV boot is sitting in a constant state of pinch and that's why it failed. A new factory shaft will fail again sooner than later.
