CJ buggy build

Got the buggy out of the garage. I loaded it up to take it to a local custom shop to have a few things done to it. I'm having them plumb the radiator and while it's there do granny lines, fuel lines and an in fuel cell pump. The shop will give it a good look over and let me know of any issues I've over looked.

Got the buggy back today. Really happy with what they did. Already have a new list of things to do. All that I need to drive it is, transmission crossmember, drive shafts, transmission shift linkages and the transmission to work.

Thank you. They found a few things. I didn't put a spacer in my new master cylinder, frame clearance for the front upper control arms, front bumper needs to be trimmed, steering bolts should be turned, and a few welds I forgot. I never would have figured out the I forgot the master cylinder spacer haha.
 
Already have a new list of things to do one the buggy. Trying to get all the simple things done before next payday. Flipped the steering bolts, if I loose the nuts the bolts won't fall out now. One of that shops suggestions.

Took off the steering linkages to paint them and trimmed the bumper. I found out where the Hornets were coming from.

Since it's an automatic now, the clutch peddle isn't really needed any more. I decided to reduce the weight a little.

Replaced to old pinion flange with a forged 1350 pinion yoke. The transfer case is clocked lower than I want. A clocking plate would reduce spline engagement, the best option I could come up with is to make a new foot plate and clock the holes. The material will be here Friday. Hopefully the drive train will be together next week and on to a tyranny support.

Tyranny support? I'm sure some are unhappy with this build, but I don't think you have to worry about tyranny...haha.
