I still think one of the first "Conspiracy Theories" holds the most truth.
This was a planned event, to coincide with a Democrat being sworn into the Office of the President and it was a population reduction act.
It "escaped" before it's due time and created havoc within the Governments of the World because they were not yet prepared for the event.
There are multiple stories of illegal Chinese Nationals in various countries around the world just before the Scamdemic hit, again too early.

Pretty sure he has some kind of civil immunity as a govt official. There’s a reason we’re paying 15 mil a year for his security.

Since he had his own money involved in several steps of the game, I think he will find he doesn't have the immunity.
He had a conflict of interest and pushed the narrative that personally gained him the most return on his money.
