I'm probably going to get the cobra 75, because i haven't seen an option i like other than the "over the mirror mount" for the 29 and I'm fairly set on using that space for the SPOD switches.

You don't have to put your spod switches there. I took my spod switches and put them on my worthless daystar dash.

I read another post where you discussed this option. It looks good, I just need to take a good hard look at my dash this afternoon and decide if I want to give up that space

I really like that mount! I may end up ditching my TUFFY for that smaller mount. The TUFFY is cool but it blocks the view when the top is off.
