Cb installation

I did the exact same thing but my CB Is so heavy that it still wasn't strong enough. I would raddle. So I got the rugged ridge and reinforced it with a new bracket I made and man that thing isn't going anywhere now. Not saying I would leave my jeep parked with no doors but if I ever did man thy would have a hard time stealing it haha.

The rugged ridge has worked fine for me but it bounces whenever I hit something hard. But other than that I haven't thought about reinforcing it. I have the cobra 29 lx too. But if it ever does get bad I might be asking for a picture to see what you did

Anybody have any comments on the cobra 75 in comparison to this one?

Yeah for around town it's fine but on the trail for a big CB it's to weak. Yeah I can post up a pic if you ever need to make it stronger.
