I was getting an average of 9.5 mpg with 37" toyos. Now I'm back up to 15 mpg.

Weird.i have the 3.5 MC with 37" Nittos and get what you get now for mileage with 4.10s

Wow that's very weird. You must of got a Hybrid Wrangler lol. Yes I have the Toyo MT 37x13.50R17

Cool, I'm curious about these tweaks mc recommend. Never heard of brake lines, turning of control arms and tabs that can be trimmed for increase in travel.

I installed everything according to their instructions. When I was put on the RDI machine they pointed out that my rear tires are rubbing only on the back portion of the wheel tub. Therefore he said to turn my adjustable arms 1 turn shorter on all four arms. That would make my axle sit closer to the front of the vehicle. Trimming my tub will simply give me a little more room. The hard portion of the brake line are touching my axle at full flex therefore he told me to move the mounting brakes about 1 inch higher.

Unfortunately I've been moving and haven't had a chance to make these corrections to my suspension. I'll get to it soon.
