Can i daily without a bumper cover?

ive been wanting to pull my front bumper cover off, but wasnt sure if i would get pulled over and possibly get a ticket for not having one,
any ideas from my fellow Wisconsin jeepers?

It's not a bumper only a bumper fascia. Has no function other than esthetics

Depends on the state. Some states require the bumper be in place, even if it wouldn't actually do anything.

Well my paps keeps tellin me that i have to keep it on to be legal, but he has a 96 and he tore his off, and occasionally drives it to work, starting to think hes just saying it because he knows mine would look good without it[emoji16]but idk,

It's nothing more than styrofoam that is covered by a plastic cover. It's more for form over function.
