Thanks guys! Has been a slow build but enjoying every bit of it. Still a few small things I want to get done to him but, for the most part I feel its right where I want it!

Thanks! I agree! lol When I was shopping for wheels it took me a bit to decide but I always kept coming back to the machined wheels.

Installed a Clayton rear track bar this morning to gain some clearance for the spare. Super easy install and even more so thanks to Eddie’s video.

Well crap, finance just called while I was headed to work and said she had pretty bad shaking happening in the steering wheel. Guessing death wobble. Going to have to chase that down and tighten everything up. Hopefully I can find the issue before new years run.

So I went out and re torqued the bolts to spec. There was nothing that was super loose and all was pretty tight. Torqued the wheels as well, again nothing super loose. I went and test drove it and replicated what my fiancé did.
So long story short I did get death wobble in the exact same place my Fiancé did. There is a spot where on the overpass that has a pretty good angled bump that when I hit it at 45-50 it gives me death wobble. All other bumps I hit on the freeway I didn’t get anything all smooth. I’m just stumped though because it never happened before in this spot and I’m afraid if I hit any other bumps like that it could happen again. @Disciple Off Road would you recommend I start replacing the front track bar and tie rod and see if that corrects it?
I will say the only change I made on the Jeep is add the new rear track bar and spare tire. I don’t think that would cause it though.

Are you using the OEM steering stabilizer?
I was wondering the same ^^^.
Assuming you're still running the factory track bar, I would give this a look. While it shouldn't matter, I have found that the electric steering pump can do weird things and some stabilizers do much better than others to help control it.

Check the bushings on either side of your track bar. Being torqued to spec is good but if a bushing is shot you’re going to have the wobbles.So I went out and re torqued the bolts to spec. Yup still running the OEM stabilizer and factory track bar.
Thanks I’ll give them a closer look and if anything will just replace it with a synergy one to start knocking off the causes.

So ended up going under the jeep and had my fiancé turn the wheel to check for any play. I did find that the track bar on the axle side did have a little play in it. Not sure if this could cause it or not. I have a small clip hope it works.

Looking at the frame side I didn’t see any movement there at all. Looks like I’ll be ordering up a new front track bar… Here’s a video of everything else which looks pretty good in my eyes but then again maybe you can see something I don’t. Although I didn’t get a video of the frame side of the track bar for some reason.
