It's heavy, about 50 lbs. still opens and closes fine but it's tighter. I'm hoping it loosens up a little over time but if not, it's livable. Stout as hell though. No concerns with it off-road.

Yea those frame rails have been bugging me for a while. I sanded, primed, and painted so should be good for a bit.
