Build of my JKU

Still need to do adjustments but the kit is on. I just want to say how much I appreciate EVO instructions. I bet that guy who rights them sit up at night laughing at people like me.20200501_222129.jpg

Congrats! Can’t wait to hear what you think about them on the road and trail.

Lol right.

I got to put on the lower shock relocation brackets because my coils are touching the coil bracket at droop out. I was hoping with the prorock 44 I wouldn't have to do so.

Looks good. You will have to get out on a run with our group sometime.

Yes for sure! I know you got some projects going on as well so hopefully soon. My plan is to finish some of the fine tuning and tie up some loose ends on the lift this week and hopefully be on the trail in the next few weeks. Cleghorn is only about 30 min away so might run up there just to flex her out a little bite. I would love to make a run up to Big Bear or something down your way that I'm not to familiar with.

Thanks, it was little more involved then I though to instal. Not difficult just time consuming.

Reading up on proper adjustments of the coilovers now, but so far it rides great.

Its sitting a little stink bug but the rear coilovers only have about 3/16 of thread showing on the top so I dont want to back them down any lower.

Jeep is sitting 1 inch higher in rear and 3/4 higer in front over the coil setup, so hopefully they will settle in a little more.

Overall, Im really glad I made the jump to the COs.

Gotta give more thanks to Bubba at Exodus Jeep for getting me a much needed Synergy Draglink ship to me in 2 days.

So I am getting some drive line vibration around 65. I am at 10 degrees caster now. Should the drive shaft match the same angle of the front pinion? This is what my front pinion angle looks like now.20200511_070500.jpg

Assuming that’s a double cardan drive shaft, then yes the pinion angle and driveshaft angle should be the same. Ten degrees is too much caster anyway. Try something like 5 or 6. You have the PR44 with a extra caster, right?
