Build of my 2018 JK Wrangler

Latest, got the axles mocked up to measure for link lengths. Welded on a offset frame side track bar and chopped off the front coil buckets and shock mounts. Next step is the remove engine, trans and t-case to powder coat the frame.

Got the shock towers welded in place and the frame ready to powder coat.

Frame finally came back from powder coating, the reassemble process can begin. The Fox coil overs arrived, the last main component with a super long lead time so should speed up from here. Kinda sad to see the 3.6 back on the frame , Motech in the future I hope

Been a super slow process. Should have the body on next week. Rear end brackets and links installed and front should be wrapped up today. These joints and links are super beefy.

It is sitting on its own weight now. Just have to gusset the passenger front upper control arm bracket. then painting everything and dropping the body on it.

Slowly but surely......body is back on. Adam's driveshafts will be installed shortly and now just figuring out brake lines, fuel lines and other details.

99% finished, just have a few small detailed tasks to do. Finally got it up on the ramp to flex it and set the bump. Anyone happen to be in the market for brand new 37's I definitely will be putting 40's on it
