They open a credit line on Macy's max out the card and also they open a credit car on capital one. Now my credit is ruin and I have to pay all that sh*t that they got! I'm so mad.
 
You don't have to pay for anything you didn't buy yourself. There are consumer protection laws for that.

Yea but it's on my credit, shows like max out credit lines and unpaid, I think that after the holidays I'm going to a credit consultant office, so they can help me. This bastards destroy my credit.

Make a police report and notify all three major credit bureaus. Contact Macy's and Capital One notify them they need to close the account and you will need to fill out an affidavit.

From what I understand, it will take a while to get it straightened out, but when you do your credit will be rectified.
 
How can they open accounts and stuff like that,With all my info?

Fu#% first this Nigerian people try to scam me off, than my old landlord sued me for lots of money and now some one is using my credit, Best year ever :thumbs:

It's life Branksie welcome to adulthood. FYI identity theft is pretty close to being the number one crime in America. Actually I would r be surprised if your Nigerian friends had something to do with it. Unless you shopped at Target recently. :)

If they just opened the accounts and maxed the cards out it isn't going to ruin your credit. When you don't pay it will hurt your credit. Just because you opened an account doesn't mean your credit is shit.

I believe every time you open some line of credit it will take few points off but not enough to make it shit

but when you max out your credit line is bad for your credit, looks like is in collections and I also have 9 credit inquiries because of them yup..

It's not one day, last time I check my credit was on nov 2012 when I got my jeep.
I just find out that some one stole my credit because, I was getting a credit card and they told me I'm not able to get it, I was surprised because I had excellent credit, so I went to my PC pull a hart hit credit check and find that out
