Must say my favorite runs of the year were the ones where I was able to take the kids (or wife and kids) out on the trail with me. After all, that is the main reason for getting a Jeep in the first place. So my top five are all family included Jeep adventures.
KOH - Honorable mention
Not with the family this trip and didn't wheel anything in my Jeep. But it was an awesome few days out in Johnson Valley with some really great people.

5) Kick Off run
My first run with Wayalife. :thumb: Got a chance to meet a lot people, many of whom are now good friends. :yup:

4) Berdoo Canyon
Ran this trail twice in a month. Once with the family and another time with some fellow Wayalifers. Nice easy trail with some good sights along the way.

3) Pilot Rock
This was an impromptu run scheduled the night before at about 10:45/11:00 pm. Wanted to take the kids out, but didn’t want to go out solo. Good thing ttfhell thought it was a random bootie call or this trip may not have happened. :cheesy: While ttfhell would rather have had a different caller, we did have a good time on the trail and we got to climb a few rocks.

2) Newbie run 2013 – Last Chance Canyon
Finally got a chance to wheel with folks I’d met and shared beers with at many SNGs throughout the year. Talk about a full day trip. Left the house about 5:45 am and got back close to about 8:00 pm. And the best part, was not a single complaint from the family.

1) Road to Hana - Maui
I mean really…how could this not be my number one. Rented a Jeep in Maui for a week and headed out on the famous Road to Hana for a full-day trip. While many stop at the typical tourist places, we went a little off the grid thanks to research by my wife on the “hidden” sights of Hana. Talk about “more than a jeep!” I could easily share dozens of pics from this one-day adventure.
