bent axle shaft flange

Driver's side does look bent but it can be hard to tell with the wheel on. Pull the wheel and break rotor to actually inspect the flange as it rotates. Mine was about the same. I didn't have any vibration bu tI did have a chirp chirp chirp when lightly braking. It drove me nuts until I replaced the axles.

I think I'll pull it apart tonight or tomorrow. I also have a low speed break chirp.

Yep sounds bent to me. I purchased some revolution chromoly shafts for around $500-$550 for the pair. Its nothing you need to rush out and fix as it won't really cause any other damage. I just couldn't stand the constant chirping. I'd hit up Exodus and see what they can do for you.

I'm definitely going to look into that!
Up at freeway speeds is really when I notice it 65+mph and the low speed chirp. The vibration is what's really bugging me [emoji23].
I'm going to pull it apart to confirm that it's bent.

I chose revolution because they have a no hassle 10 year warranty even on bent flanges. I think it was lifetime but I could be wrong.

Edit: I looked at the wrong one. The chromoly shafts are lifetime warranty.

Another vote for Revolution. I’ve been through the process with them and it’s easy. Pretty simple swap too. The worst part is the damn little red clip on the abs wire and not breaking it off on the removal. Good luck!

You can just take the whole sensor out without removing the plug from it, saves the risk of breaking that damn plug off. Ask me how I know.

Removed the plug on my first side but then tried just removing the sensor without unplugging it on the second. Worked like a charm.
