Ah man now we cant hang out anymore with our black JKU's. You look like Lightning McQueen and mine looks like Mater lmao. Seriously, it looks good man

yea that was the thought when I cut em, I saw alot of people's fenders that looked floppy, plus I wasn't totally sure i wanted flat fenders so gave myself a little room to adjust. I did a lot of trimming to the hard under piece but it's still there and gives more support as well.

Thats what I did too. To keep them from flapping in the wind I used The Right Stuff gasket maker to glue them to the rigid under structure. The sound of them tapping was bothering me.

I didn't glue them, but that's a good idea. I haven't noticed them tapping but if I do that will be step 1. hope all is well brother!

haha I know right!? she actually just left me at a bar and went to a kickball game so who knows what's she's doing with the dang thing!
 
got a few more things swapped over, and added on. had those evo mini liners laying around for the past few months so painted them up and I like the finished look. got my battery swapped over, and winch wired up. truck lites swapped in. air compressor installed and rear line ran to my axle, haven't wired it up yet as I'm waiting to purchase a switch pros.

you know I really like it, it's for sure heavier than the 2 door and I can feel it driving. Haven't fully adjusted to the auto yet but may need to mess with my shift points a bit. was able to take it on a quick trail the other day with my dad and really like how it drove with a bit more wheel base. really love all the room inside, that in itself is worth it. the biggest downfall is how small the 35s look, when the 2 door they seemed bigger. so I guess it'll be 37s before next summer if I'm lucky!!
