Too much suspension travel?

Anything more than 3" of lift and your the rzeppa CV boot at the transfer case will be in a constant state of pinch. Not that big of a deal if you have FAD but if not or if you spend a lot of time off road, that will cause the boot to fail much sooner than later.

Looks awesome, I plan on getting a set when I regear Jaela’s rig. Not a fan of changing the flange on the axle side.

There are real benefits to changing the flanges to yokes and the biggest of which is that they'll allow you to run a longer shaft and up front, that means it will sit at a shallower angle. As in, you can run a bit more caster without the consequence of vibrations. But, you do need to be careful to not over tighten your pinion nut and further crush the crush sleeve.

Good to know, I never thought of the increased benefits of having a long shaft . But in all seriousness it’s the crush sleeve that I’m hesitant about.
