Back seat is really uncomfortable.

Thanks for the links, I'll fabricate something that I can remove quickly :) but yeah the JKU is a limo compared to older jeeps I've owned and I really don't get too many complaints

^ did you have it zip tied in place? didn't think it would move or cause a squeak

The front of the seat shouldn’t move at all if anything it should kick up the rear.... if it does your not putting the washers under the right bolts... there are three bolts holding the seats down and if you look at the jeep from the side.. there is the front middle and back. the washers go under the middle bolts.

Thanks, I'll have to look at this again... We had only had the Jeep for 4 days when I tried it, and it was a rush attempt before a trip. I very well could have shimmed the wrong bolts in my haste.
 
I've had to sit In the middle seat in the back of my brothers 10 jkur on a fishing trip... That freaking sucks! There is no springs or support at all for the middle seat!! It's just some thin cusion over a big hole!! I won't complain about the 2 back seats, but the middle is really just a sad excuse for a seat! That was a long ride!


My ride- 2001 power wheel, 11" plastic tires, upgraded battery, boat sides, custom bumpers, tow hooks, new paint.

Yeah...I feel your pain. I had to rid in the back middle of a CRV once for 6 hours to a paintball field. With gear piled up and falling on my head, the company listening to very strange music, combined with people eating too many burritos, not a fun trip :icon_crazy:

That sounds almost the same as our fishing trip!
