I dont think slabs come in an 18, only 17s, so that may be an issue. Personally I would try and sell your current setup and switch to 17s since they are a more common size.

I agree I'm running 16's and I want to upgrade to the slabs but go to 17s cause it's impossible to get tires for 16's well at least the ones I really want.
 
I personally run ATX Slabs, I prefer their design. I think that the Slabs and Spyderlocks are the exact same wheel, they just have different ring designs. I could be wrong though.
