Yes 30 is high, esp for a toyo. I'd start with 26 cold and go down from there. I'll note that before my hydro asst turning was a challenge once I hit 25psi. I always loved my toyos, great tire but did have a slight walk to the right. My 35s,37s, an 40s all did that. With my setup now it honestly drives amazing. Only complaint is the hit into the rear bumps while street driving. Otherwise I can cruise at 70mph with one finger on the hwy no issues. And a very smooth ride around town. The driving characteristics are better than it's ever been since a basic 3in lift an 35s. The more I look into it, your advice with the 300 front lower and more pre load in the rear may be exactly what I need. Might put me close to 5in of lift but with my type of wheeling I should be just fine
