If you are interested in that sort of thing, you should read the Pennsylvania Federal District Court ruling. It’s 66 pages, well-written, well-reasoned, and in my opinion walks through the proper legal analysis for all of these perpetual “emergency” orders.

We need to keep signing petitions and support the hell out of our state legislature candidates whether by talking to everyone we know or donating what ever we can. She has two more years, so we need to maintain the house and senate to rein her in.
