In all seriousness, OP, if you have some old punches or any tapered rods, or drift pin, put them in the two holes that are closest and lightly tap them in.
You will know quickly whether it will go with just a little bit of effort or if you need to stop because it will never go.
Obviously the jeep frame is thin and you don’t want to wallow out the holes, but I have been surprised many time when holes look like they will never line up and then tap right in with a drift pin.
It also might reveal your problem area a little more. Once you start tapping it in, depending on how it shifts, you might notice that your OEM bracket is bent.
