Anyone JK owners with motor swaps have trouble with emissions in AZ? (kinda urgent)

I'm living in CA right now but Tucson is in my plan book in a couple of years. One of the (many) reasons for leaving CA is the vehicle smog standards. Can you point me to the information on AZ smog laws? I can move anywhere I want and if being a bit farther from Tucson saves me this headache I'm all over that.
