Anybody else into RC rock crawling ?

And I bet you and the boys have a great time, and the boys will have good memories later on in life. I still hear from my 34 year old son ever so often about his RC racing days.

That's a sore subject with the real die hards, toys, not toys. lol. They are and they aren't.

I ran dirt oval in the early 90's. Its an RC10, I still have it and my old JRX2, then I went crazy last year buying old monster trucks on ebay, 4 Double Dare's, several Clod Buster's

I had to stay home this morning to wait for a plumber, so I'm playing on here, waiting for him. its only 6:15 am here and he doesn't show up till 8.

How about another video ? One for the Ford guys and one for the Chevy guys

The boys love it. My youngest sons teacher wrote a letter home asking if we could make him write about something other than racing.

I don't have a crawler but I do race 1/8th and 1/10th scale off road. We have an awesome racing facility in Hutto. Which has some big plans for this up coming racing season. I'll post up some pictures from time to time.

I've been into it for a few years now... I did one Losi Micro Trail Trekker which started out as a pickup truck which I of course had to turn into a Jeep, a Toyota Hilux (Trail Finder 2) and a couple 1:10 scale Jeeps. My builds so far were an Axial Wraith, Axial SCX10, The Trail Finder 2 and Two scratch built Hard body JK's on CGM chassis, and the trail trekker Micro crawler... I like to make scale crawling videos for YouTube. "TomVaillencourt" is the channel name. although I haven't yet made any videos with my two newest builds.

Jeep RC Show Off (What do you have?)

Ok, my family has been into RC cars since I was a little punk. I’ve had everything from high speed Traxxas to just a little wired toy. Since I’ve gotten older I’ve sold all but one of my cars, but it’s currently broken and not a Jeep.

For Christmas my youngest son asked for a Jeep RC, so we bought him a cheapie to see how he treats it and if he will get a better and more complex one later. Looking at the Axial or new Traxxas crawler they have.

Was sitting in my living room and looking around to see my son staged his Jeep on the coffee table last night taking picture like they due on the internet as he says. (He got a new camera for Christmas as well)

I wanted to see what you guys have. I know I’m not the only one into RC out there. It doesn’t have to be a Jeep just show it off.
