Has anybody ever heard of the company CavFab? I saw one of their Tire Carriers today. Just curious, because I have never heard of them before.

Yes I have heard of them, no I haven't done business with them.

The pieces they have for the JT that I might be interested in are a bit high especially coming in only bare steel.

I've heard of them and have seen their slim ultra clearance rear bumper. I think their quality is on par with other high end products and believe a lot of manufacturers are shipping bare steel now. Their tire carrier appears nice and seems to be priced well below powder coated equivalents and similarly priced to other bare steel ones I've seen.

The local Offroad shop sells a bunch of Cavfab stuff. Everything I’ve seen is very well built, quality is great. Their diff covers are pure beef!
