Been a while... I got my frame pieces cut after finalizing the CAD drawing.

The outer tube and splines shaft came in to make the steering column. Wheel flange and delrin bushings are on their way.

Column bushings, wheel flanges, and 5/8” weld washers for the hitch showed up today.

Picked up a frame jig from a chassis shop. Going to use it to assemble my frame.

My Kentrol windshield hinges showed up today

I picked up a 4’x8’ 1/4” plate. Using it to make fixtures and then it will eventually end up as the skid plate.

Do you weld that to the jig and build up off of the plate?
