And at this point I am just replying to comments. I said I would stop purposely acting like a dick and in my opinion I have since last night when I said I would.

The only thing surprising about this thread is the guy has not yet played the "I'm a veteran card."

Fucking Rausch-tards.

I don’t feel the need to use that.

I didn’t know about that until I was sent to the infirmary but I feel better about not being accepted here now after learning about it.

I will just be honest with you. I am only still here because I want to hear the outcome of another thread I helped someone out with. After his install is done and I hear how it went for him I will be gladly moving on from here.

I think you misinterpreted that comment. No one has a problem with vets here, but a lot of guys like to pull that card for sympathy when others start smashing on them.

There was a thread on another forum claiming that Eddie and other WAL guys have an issue with vets and that is clearly not the case if you spend any time here.

I agree it’s not something that you should use for sympathy. And I don’t know anything about that situation so I would rather just stay out of it. But I would hope every American would support veterans and respect the sacrifices they have made to provide us with our freedom.

Yeah, that's a completely different shit-show. You will find no lack of support here. A lot of guys here are vets and active military. Most don't wear it on their sleeve and tend to get upset when others do... Particularly when someone uses it as a defense to act like a douchebag.

Like I said I have nothing to do with and no knowledge of that situation. But I have seen people use their time in the service in ways that are unacceptable to me and many others like me. I will say from my own experiences that the people who talk about it most have the least amount of experience or even washed out, or never really been there in the first place

That would seem to be the experience and consensus of most here. 👍

Wait, I guess I missed the memo that I’m sponsored and that king sent me my coilovers, dynatrac provided my pr44, revolution sent me my gears, and that arb gave my free air lockers for advertising. If that’s the case where the fuck did all my money go?

Sounds like you need a new sponsor...

I'm putting a large Cheerios decal on my rigs in hopes of attracting some sponsorship monies...

Hello from South Jersey.
I am currently driving a 2011 JK that we bought new for my wife. Last Spring she moved up to a new Grand Cherokee and the JK moved to my side of the barn.
I caught the Jeep bug when I was in High School doing maintenance and minor repairs to several CJ's that belonged to my coaches.
It wasn't until 1989 that I finally bought my first Jeep. She was a red YJ with the old carburated 258 ci six, 5 speed with optional power brakes.
That Jeep spent many special days with me including bringing my first born home from the hospital. After many years of loyal service it was time to part ways. With the proceeds of the sale I built a pole barn.
In 2010 we picked up a very clean 2002 TJ. The TJ had both factory tops and even A/C. My wife and I drove that for a year before my youngest got her license. That time was enough to convince my wife to give up her 2006 Grand Cherokee for the 2011 JK.
The JK is going through a "freshening" now. I added a Teraflex leveling kit and 33" Nitto TerraGrapplers. I hope to add a new front bumper soon and possibly a regear in preparation for 35's and a taller stance.

Jersey here too. Good luck with these guys they aren’t to fond of people from Jersey here!
