AEV Procal Problems

I just received an AEV procal and am getting the error code 4-2. The manual said to call AEV to resolve and provides a number. I called the number no answer and a mailbox that is not set up. Performed a quick internet search for another number for AEV and got the same results. Shot an email of to them and never received a reply. Has AEV gone dark?

My question is:
Does anyone here now how to resolve the error 4-2?
Does anyone know how to contact AEV?

Assuming they don’t work on Saturday I’d try Monday

Pretty sure they aren't open on weekends but I have gotten ahold of them a few times by getting the Detroit shop or Missoula shop number off of Google maps. Can't remember if I ever got through with the number on the website
