A JK key can start another !

The only key story I have is my 89 Chevy worktruck didn’t even need a key. The ignition was so worn out from use it turned without a key, it was actually handy since I hate to hsve anything in my pockets

many years ago I worked in an off-airport parking lot where we offered valet parking.

I went to grab a customers car but when the customer arrived he looked at me like "what the hell?"

The keys were his but the car wasn't. We had a good laugh.

My Toyota was worn like that. I would be out wheeling and the key would fall out. Then end up stalling the engine and have to tear up the cab to find it.

After a time or two of that, I tied a large rubber band to it and would hook it on something on the far side to keep it in.
