5.13s in dana30?

I am luck to get 18MPG with 3.21, and 32" Rubicon take offs. Although when I follow my friend to the trails we go on about an hour away I get about 22MPG. He does drive slower than me. He gets about 15MPG with 5.13, and 37" BFG KM2 tires.

I'm getting about the same mileage as you. Although most of my 4-5mpg loss came from leveling and hacking off the sides of the bumper. These gears suck :-( hopefully tax returns will allow me to get 5.13's so I can run the 37's sitting in my garage.

I am going to regear to 4.56 with 35" tires. 5.13s are to much for a 3.6 pentastar. 2750 rpm's at 70 mph is a little too much. 2450 rpm's with my manual transmission, and 35" tire is going to be better. 5.13 would be for an automatic, or a 3.8.
