2022 WAYALIFE New Year's Kick Off Run

Bummed to hear some of you are gonna miss this was hoping to see you. It’s been to long. Sounds like it’s going to be another fun one.
 
Question for anyone using the UV-82.

-I turn it on.
-It's in "Frequency Mode"
-I can enter the 3 frequencies (151.625 151.250 and 151.430) with 2 of them on the screen at the same time.
-I can toggle between frequencies shown and when I hit the PTT the transmit light comes on.

Confirm I'm good to go to send and receive and no additional programing is necessary.

So I'm fairly new here... Jeeps pretty sorted minus a little locker issue that I'm trying to fix atm, 37's so hopefully should be ok. It's a bit of a hike down there but I'd love to join in... could really use a fresh start this year or at least a fun run to kick it off!

If you've got the frequencies in, you should be good to go.

Wow man. Welcome back Jeremy. Been a minute. Bummed I can’t make this trip but hopefully will catch you on a future one.

Hope you and Susan get well soon. I’ve been out from the jump due to what is now customary family and kid conflicts. We should get a socal meet up organized so some of us can catch up. 😎 Tell susan Amy says hello.
