California is making it incredibly difficult to buy/sell/own ICE vehicles.

I'm noticing an increase in the selling of classic cars from Ca.

Not in a rush but it’s been on and off marketplace for a year. I can totally do that but it’s much cheaper to go the route I’m planning, trust me.

Yeah, less even. Dealers offered me $9k so hell I’ll take 14.

Dealer would sell it for $17k which is why they offered 9.

When I traded in Pippi, I put it back to about as stock as possible and still got the same trade in price as I would have with everything on. The only thing I couldn't get rid of what the half doors. Dealership didn't want them.

Speaking from experience, and lots lol… definitely turn to it back stock and sell it that way if you really want it gone, even if you have to spend a few hundred on factory parts. if there are aftermarket part you can get some cash back selling separately , do it that way. Only place I’ve ever gotten close to blue book was carmax. Maybe strip it down, sell it, and then recoup a little bit of what you wanted by selling the parts worth a damn.

Presley, try listing it up in Utah. Mildly built 2 doors do fairly well up there and, fact it’s a California rig would be a plus because of no rust. I’d be happy to help get it up there if you found a buyer. I’ll reach out to some folks I know that might be looking to build a second rig.
