I'm just curious if my stock front 44 will hold up with just gussets and 37s for the time being I don't wheel crazy hard but I do like to get a little silly sometimes

Awesome, I might just have to get some new tires
Well wayalife(Eddie) is running the d44 on rubiCAT with EVO gussets, arb locker and 35 spline axle shafts, on 37'' trail grapps and he wheels the heck out of that rig.
Since u still have the e-locker, only use it when its absolutely necessary. I used my rear on a trail run with snow every where thinking it would help and I had to drive around for 3 days with the rear locked. It wouldn't disengage for the life of me and I took it to the dealer and they replaced the whole carrier under warranty.
I have put 27k miles on my jeep in just over a year with 37's on and I'm still running stock ball joints which I plan on buying pretty soon. The d44 should hold up for a while as long as you wheel smart. You don't want to shock load your trying to make it over a tough obstacle. If your on the throttle all crazy and the jeep is bouncing around....something going to give, most likely your axle shafts. One more thing, you should try not to go over a tough obstacle with the wheels fully locked in either direction. Doing this will cause a bearing cap to come off and most likely break the ear off the shaft as well. Most people buy chromoly shafts with full circle clips to prevent this because the factory shafts only have C-clips, and they tend to fall out
