Been some time, but the WJ just became the main family DD. The mini van died and so I had to start fixing up the little stuff to make it more reliable now that I won’t be the only one driving it.
So far this last month:
- Changed out one of the O2 sensor that still throws a code but is driving fine.
- Changed out the failing oil sensor
- Replaced the track bar and the steering stabilizer (Chasing DW a bit...the drag link is next with some sloppy bushings)
Next up:
- Upgraded front and back rotors, pads
- New headlights
- Chasing interior lights issue that makes them stay lit while driving
- New shocks, front and back
- Chase exhaust leak
- Chase leak around the PS pump
- Leak from rear main seal possibly
- Possible leak from the trans
Next year (fingers crossed):
- 3-4 inch lift, thinking long arm
- Smaller comfort mods as needed
Also fixed the blend doors last year.
